Make:able Prize Announcement 1

A big thank you to all our partners and sponsors, who have donated amazing prizes towards the make:able challenge!

Today we're delighted to be announcing some of the prizes for the make:able challenge. For those of you who aren't familiar with make:able, it is a 3D printing and assistive technology design challenge for students, developed in collaboration with Autodesk. This year's brief is to design and make a product or prototype that improves the day-to-day life of someone who struggles with mobility in their hands. To date, teachers around the world have registered over 14,000 students and there's still plenty of time to enter! You can learn more about make:able and sign up for free here.

So back to the prize announcement...

A range of our industry and education partners have kindly donated some amazing prizes, which will be given to the schools of the winning teams after the judging period in April 2021. Below you will find a breakdown of the categories and their corresponding prizes. We'll be doing another prize announcement soon to reveal the final 4 prizes so stay tuned for that. As always, if you have any questions or comments, feel free to reach out to us at hello@weareprintlab.com.
